Mass Timber Arrives at the New Central Library Site

A major milestone has arrived—literally—for the New Central Library in Saskatoon. The first truckload of mass timber has made its way to the project site, marking a significant step in bringing this landmark cultural space to life. As a key material in the building’s structure and sustainability strategy, the mass timber represents more than just form and function—it reflects the Matis and indigenous culture.
